  3.  Mortgage.EXE Runs under MS-Windows 3.x and Win95, with its own Icon.

  7.  Program requires the following enclosed Microsoft Files to run.

  9.  GSW.EXE 
  10.  GSWDLL.DLL
  11.  GRID.VBX
  12.  GRAPH.VBX.

  14.  If you do not have them in your Windows\System directory then move
  15.  them to it as they are used by a lot of great software available on
  16.  your BBS.

  18.  They are the latest revisions. Check dates on yours if you have them.
  19.  
  20.  I did not include the Microsoft file, VBRUN300.DLL as most people have it.
  21.  If it is not in your Window\System directory then download it from your
  22.  BBS under filename VBRUN300.ZIP.

  24.  Windows 95 users: After unzipping, the GSWDLL.DLL file may be hidden, 
  25.  from the Tool Bar open View\Options and then click the Show all Files
  26.  button to see hidden files.

  30.  The following Universal Mortgage System files must reside in the same
  31.  directory:

  33.  MORTGAGE.EXE
  34.  MTGE.HLP 
  35.  DATABASE.IDX
  36.  PERSONAL.MTG

  38.  Programs will not alter your Windows Files.
  39.  
  40.  Documentation with instructions on how to use program can be read or
  41.  printed from within the program by pressing the F1 key.

  43.  To start, click on MORTGAGE.EXE.

  45.  Or setup in a Windows Program Group and start the program by clicking
  46.  on the MORTGAGE Icon.
